Vet Concept
The VET Concept anniversary celebration honored employee loyalty and the company’s success with a stylish, brand-focused event.
Corporate colors, subtle logo integration, and a fitting location set the tone. A premium buffet, anniversary cake, and fresh décor added charm, while live music, a dance show, and fireworks made the evening truly unforgettable.
Business Lounge
Law Firm
The anniversary celebration of a renowned law firm aimed to create a stylish get-together in a modern setting. A monochrome color scheme with greenery gave the space a fresh, elegant feel. Guests enjoyed regional wines, cocktails, and homemade lemonades at the bar, while lounge areas invited them to relax.
Summery aperitifs, canapés, a live pasta station, and a cozy barista coffee lounge rounded out the experience.
Gin Tasteival
Trier
With over 1,000 guests and 25 exhibitors, we brought the Gin Tasteival to life in one of Trier’s most stunning venues – the Roman Viehmarktthermen. Warm lighting, lounge furniture, and Mediterranean plants transformed the historic site into a vibrant event space.
Guests enjoyed tastings, street food, cocktails, and live DJ sets late into the night – a celebration where history met flavor.
Summer BBQ
Luxemburg
For a Luxembourg-based bank’s summer party, we hosted an exclusive Barbecue on the Moselle – modern, stylish, and high-end. Guests enjoyed welcome drinks, canapés, live music, and a curated BBQ buffet. A dance animation, DJ set, and cocktails by professional bartenders rounded off the evening in a unique setting.
Lehnen & Partner Summer Party
Villa Weißhaus
The corporate summer celebration embraced elegance and modern flair in a unique outdoor setting. Stylish ambient lighting transformed the villa’s grounds into an inviting atmosphere, while guests enjoyed premium drinks at an industrial-inspired aperitif bar.
Exquisite food catering complemented the evening, offering culinary delights to suit every taste. A live DJ set, enhanced by the soulful sounds of a saxophonist, created a dynamic and memorable musical experience that carried the celebration into the night.
Wedding PartyChâteau d'Urspelt
This summer wedding blended soft pastel tones with a fresh, modern vibe. Set under the open sky, the celebration featured contemporary design elements, refined floral arrangements, and a serene, elegant atmosphere. Guests were treated to a breathtaking outdoor venue, a gourmet menu full of seasonal flavors, and a curated selection of summer drinks - elderflower spritzers, berry cocktails, and homemade lemonade - expertly prepared by our professional bartenders.

Oktoberfest
We organized a Oktoberfest celebration on the client’s company premises, fully designed in the company’s corporate identity. After months of detailed planning and coordination with over 25 service providers, we brought the concept to life — from logistics and infrastructure to décor, entertainment, and catering.
The result was an authentic and immersive experience that perfectly reflected the client’s brand, created an unforgettable atmosphere, and left a lasting impression on all guests.
Gin River Cruise
Mosel
For gin enthusiasts and industry professionals, we hosted an exclusive tasting event on the Moselle, spotlighting regional craft gin in a stylish, experience-driven setting.
14 local distilleries showcased their creations aboard a ship departing from Luxembourg, where guests enjoyed a curated three-course gin dinner, creative cocktails, scenic views, and a afterparty.
